INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from etsracingfuels.com (the “Site”). We do not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive information from minors.

We understand that you are aware of and care about your own personal privacy interests, and we take that seriously. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Additionally, we note that we are processing your Personal Information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. We take reasonable steps to ensure that the Personal Information is reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete and current. When Personal Information is deleted or updated by you, it may take up to 30 days from accessible systems, and up to 90 days from backup systems, for us to delete such Personal Information.

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

MINORS

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 21.

CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

In addition to the rights set forth in this Privacy Policy, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents who are individual consumers or users of our Site to request certain information regarding its disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
